We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain textiles and used outdoor equipment may be subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty on all umbrellas and furniture against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from extreme weather events or improper storage.
